Financial Fairplay AG signed cooperation contracts with a surprising high number of online shops over the African continent. At the same time, Financial Fairplay AG entered cooperations with selected, respected wholesalers in Eastern Europe, the CIS and the Middle East. Financial Fairplay AG is buying the goods for them and is fully financing all deals. The online shops get the goods in smaller quantities on consignment. Currently (April 2019) we do have such agreements in 8 African countries signed and in other 15 countries in advanced negotiations. We have mandates in a large Middle East country and do trade financing for a number of countries in Eastern Europe and the CIS.
Financial Fairplay AG is constantly expanding its network of online shops and distributors. For each partner a due diligence is made with help of a local team to check if the shops or companies are legitimate, lawful, financial able to do such deals, have the distribution capabilities, have positive reviews, etc.
As mentioned, a number of important Online shops act as wholesalers in Africa as well.

Financial Fairplay AG is consolidating the shipments from different manufacturers in its warehouse in Rotterdam. There we are putting together portfolios of branded goods in small quantities for our customers in different African or developing countries before shipment. We also take care, that re-ordering is done in a timely manner, to keep the “flow” going, especially for fast moving items. There should never be a “backlog”.
